ATMC Wellness Talks at Takashimaya

Thanks to friends and media who attended our 3 days of wellness talks at Takashimaya Singapore Ltd and OG People’s Park, part of collaboration with Global Footcare which carries premium shoes brands – VIONIC Scholl, revere Shoes, Vitasole, and superb quality wellness performance socks from OS1st.
Engagement was especially high on the last day and the public even joined in the stretching exercises.
Our founder, Agnes who is also a wellness and vocal coach, certified yoga instructor and therapist, shared about the 7Rs to wellness, healing and balance in life. She also shared tips and exercises for feet awareness, proper feet alignment and muscle engagements to achieve better balance.
Wellness requires balance in all aspects and the arch support of a good pair of shoes is equally important to have a good balance – Wellness and Balance from ground up!
